Upload Trade Show Artwork

If you or your graphic designer are providing us with your project’s artwork, please read through the following directions. To submit and send us your artwork, we recommend using a web-based FTP (File Transfer Protocol) system. Depending on the size of the art files themselves, there are three (3) ways to submit your artwork to us.

Method 1: FTP Upload (Recommended)

If your art is between 5MB and 2GB in size, please feel free to use our web-based FTP system. You will receive a confirmation that your art file was submitted, and within minutes of your submission, we will receive a notice that your art is ready to be downloaded.

Method 2: Email

If your art file is under 5MB in size, you are welcome to send the file to us via email. Given that some email systems direct emails with large file attachments straight to the “junk” or “spam” folder, we recommend that you call us to follow up on the status of your art submission.
