MTA aimed to create a more efficient and engaging booth experience at the annual ARA Tradeshow. With a 30x50 space filled with heavy equipment and leading vendor brands, MTA needed a streamlined setup to better represent their extensive product offerings. The key goals were to reduce the time and effort spent on booth installation and dismantling while ensuring their sales team remained energized and focused on customer engagement throughout the show. MTA also prioritized showcasing their value proposition and vendor partnerships, while creating an inviting, interactive space for attendees.
The Solution
To meet MTA Distributors’ needs, EXHIB-IT! designed a custom booth that balanced functionality, brand visibility, and ease of use. The booth featured a large overhead lightbox that prominently displayed MTA’s value proposition, “America’s Largest Distributor of Rental Equipment,” ensuring it was visible from across the exhibit hall. Vendor logos were integrated throughout the booth on 13-foot towers that also served as storage spaces, maximizing both brand exposure and practicality.
To showcase MTA’s wide range of products, EXHIB-IT! incorporated pedestals of varying heights to display both lightweight and heavy equipment. This not only created a dynamic and visually engaging space but also allowed attendees to interact directly with the equipment in a safe and organized environment. The improved layout ensured that the booth was accessible, easy to navigate, and prevented the overcrowding that MTA had experienced in previous years.
By optimizing the design, EXHIB-IT! significantly reduced setup and teardown times. The inclusion of built-in storage for empty boxes and unsold products further streamlined operations, allowing MTA’s team to pack up efficiently at the end of the show. With a clear map for product placement, MTA’s sales team could complete setup in just a few hours, compared to the two full days it previously required. This not only saved valuable time but also ensured that the team was well-rested and fully focused on engaging with prospects and clients during the show.
The Results
The custom booth designed by EXHIB-IT! delivered impressive results for MTA Distributors at the ARA Tradeshow. By reducing setup and teardown times, MTA saved a total of 192 man-hours, allowing their team to leave the show a full day earlier than usual.
